Weaving Together Again: A Message from the Mountains of Colombia
Join us June 25 for the next global New Moon gathering in shared intention.
Aloha Kākou,
Something extraordinary has been unfolding in the mountains of Colombia—
and it’s intimately connected to why we gather each New Moon.
Since late 2022, ancestral villages in the Sierra Nevada have been coming into greater alignment—not only within their own communities, but with each other. After generations of practicing in sacred isolation, they are beginning to align their spiritual work in shared rhythm and purpose.
A Message from Mamo Lorenzo
Mamo Lorenzo Izquierdo Arroyo, a highly respected elder and spiritual guide of the Arhuaco people, shared this quiet but powerful truth with us last fall:
For a long time, the villages in his region had been doing their sacred work in isolation. Each focused on their own ceremonies of cleansing, nourishing, or harmonizing—but not at the same time.
Over time, they came to realize that this lack of alignment could create an imbalance.
Now, something is changing.
We Are Learning to Weave Together Again
Mamo Lorenzo speaks of a profound realization: for harmony to emerge, it’s not enough to pray—we must align our prayers, our actions, and our purpose.
When spiritual work is done together—the cleansing, the healing, the harmonizing, the sweetening—it generates coherence.
Not just within a single village, but in the energetic fabric of life itself.
In response to this understanding, the Elders of Colombia began reaching out—to each other, and to the South—extending an invitation to join in this shared rhythm, to work in unity of purpose and timing.
This is the same principle at the heart of our global New Moon gatherings.
A Global Field of Remembrance
Next Wednesday, we have the opportunity to step into this ancient practice of shared intention—
to connect our hearts with the villages of the Sierra Nevada and with communities across the world.
We don’t gather to perform something.
We gather to participate in something:
a living, sacred rhythm that Indigenous Elders have never stopped practicing.
A vibrational field that shapes life itself.
They are not asking us to believe.
They are asking us to remember.
To return.
To resonate.
To participate.

Support this Sacred Work
If these gatherings have nourished something in you—if they've opened a deeper remembering or simply brought you into stillness—we welcome your support, in any form that feels true to your heart.
Your contributions help us:
– Tend this living field with care and continuity
– Honor and support our Elders
– Share teachings with reverence and integrity
– Root this work in relationship and right resourcing
As always, we offer this from the heart—and receive with deep gratitude for the reciprocity that sustains us all.
Every time we gather, our circle strengthens the preservation of ancestral wisdom, supports the protection of sacred territories, and creates bridges of understanding between traditions.
Your presence matters.
With gratitude for the wisdom that flows through all things,
Prajna, Greg, Olivia, Jared, and Kaiāulu’s Council
