Let Love be our Anchor + December New Moon
New Moon Ceremony, Friday, Dec 19th at 7:30 am Hawaii
Aloha Kākou,
“If this is your last day on Earth… what would your prayer be?
What would that offering be?”
These words came through Elder Iya Tahirah at our November New Moon ceremony.
She didn’t pause for effect. She simply offered the question like breath.
“Let’s all gather in this mindset of peace around the Earth.”
“To reconcile all that has separated us… in a way of lessons learned.”
What followed was a remembering:
Trees still speak.
Wind still carries messages.
Earth still receives all of us—without exception.
“What did the wind say to you today?” she asked.
“What did you hear, my child, that you want to offer to your family?”
Elder Iya reminded us that simplicity is a medicine too often forgotten.
That peace isn’t a destination—it’s an inhale. A letting go. A return.
“Mother receives what we release… and composts it into something beautiful.”
So we invite you now, as she did then, to take four deep breaths.
Let your exhale be an offering.
Let your prayer be heard not in words, but in the way you show up for this day.
“Let love be our anchor. Let compassion run on our hearts.”
“My last breath on this Earth would be for peace and joy for the families still here.”

🌑 December New Moon Ceremony
Date: Friday, December 19th, 2025
Time: 7:30 AM Hawai‘i | 9:30 AM Pacific | 12:30 PM Eastern & Colombia | 6:30 PM CET
In 2022, Mamo Lorenzo Izquierdo Arroyo and Pacha K’anchay returned to Kaua‘i carrying a call from the Council of Indigenous Sages of Colombia:
synchronize ceremony across the world—to raise the vibration on Earth and renew humanity’s relationship with the natural world.
In alignment with the prophecies and Indigenous cultures being remembered at this time, Aunty Puna has offered New Moon ceremonies as one way to respond.
As she has said:
“We’re all saying the same story. Following the same vibration.
This invitation is universal. It is for everyone. No one is above or below. Everyone belongs.”
We gather each month as part of that shared remembering.
This month, we are honored to open a four-day global solstice celebration—
Enlightening Our Way Together 2025—with our New Moon ceremony.
In partnership with Solstice Unites and OneWorld.Earth, guided by Chief Phil Lane, Patricia Anne Davis, and Jon Ramer.
A sacred rhythm that welcomes all who feel called.
Free and open to all.
