June Ceremonies & Insights from May New Moon
New Moon June 6th & Solstice June 20th @ 7:30 am Hawai'i time
Aloha Kākou,
Reflecting on Our Last Gathering: During the May New Moon ceremony, Pacha K'anchay, Global Coordinator for the Council of Indigenous Sages of Colombia, shared powerful insights that resonate deeply with our current global challenges and the role of ancient wisdom in navigating them. Above is a video of his full sharing (For English Subtitles, after opening the video, click the CC for captions, then click the gear icon > Subtitles > Auto-Translate, and select English).
Here is a glimpse of Pacha’s profound message:
From the spirit of creation, our Elders have spoken of the importance of caring for life in this time. They have spoken of the importance of the unity of mind and heart. They say that when we hold this unity of mind and heart, that is when we are able to be in connection with our ancestors. And they have spoken of the deep importance of honoring our ancestors. Because as we walk, they are holding our hands, so we are walking in the footsteps of our ancestors, we are walking these steps they cared for in life. And we are here trying to understand how, under their practices, through their practices and their paths, they were able to care for life.
…So, the Elders say: we are cleansing the path so that all can advance well. How is our heart? One day, we will realize that every tiny action we make makes an impact. That every small action can be a pillar that can sustain life. We are all responsible. This is why we continue in this word - this path - finding the base of wisdom and walking forward with what we feel inside our inner being.
It is important to understand that we are this natural base of nourishment and to connect with our inner spirit - to the spirit of creation, the mothers and fathers of creation - how do we connect with them? With the plants and the rivers?
We can help them when we continue to walk the path of the original word. When the wind was born, it whispered, and it is the wind’s words that we speak. When the water sings, we sing its songs. When the mountains breathe, we breathe their breath. We need to cleanse, purify, and heal to advance in connection with them. This must be our thought from the heart.
Join us in June for two special gatherings: Thursday, June 6th, for the New Moon and Thursday, June 20th, for Solstice at 7:30 am Hawai’i Time.
Inspired by Pacha K'anchay, Mamo Lorenzo Izquierdo Arroyo, and Kumu Hula Puna Kalama Dawson, we gather in response to a global call to action from the Council of Indigenous Sages of Colombia. Their invitation aims to synchronize Indigenous ceremonies across the globe to raise the frequency on Earth and harmonize humanity's relationship with the natural world.
Your presence and participation are vital in creating this coherent field of energy. Together, we can contribute to a positive shift, fostering a deeper connection with ourselves, each other, and Earth.
